Our bazaars are all about providing an opportunity for Vancouver’s thriving community of artists and artisans, makers and shakers and doers and dreamers, all manifesting their talents to create something beautiful.

We want to showcase that amazing diversity of our friends and neighbours

Our next event, at Main St. Car Free Day, is situated between 18th & 19th Avenue on the West side of Main St. It’s in a great location right next to the Neptoon Records Stage. Here’s a little map for you 🙂 Click on the map for Google Map info


A 10′ x 10′ space at Main St. Car Free Day Festival is $100, not including rentals.

You can also rent a table and chair from us for $15, a tent (10′ x 10′) for $60, but you are welcome to bring your own setup.

We want to encourage all types of vendors to exhibit, whether you are making jewelry or have a unique collection of oddities. We generally take preference to locally made or produced goods, and we curate each market based on the kind of crowd we expect. We also try to balance our markets by ensuring that we do not have too many vendors in a particular category. In those instances, if two vendors meets all our requirements but we only have space in that category for one, then we operate on a first come first serve basis.

To that effect, we verify each submission before your card is charged to make sure we have a great balance of artists, professionals and the like.

Some examples of items that we generally do not encourage:

Promotional / Info stands (some exceptions apply, please contact us)
Membership and plans (i.e. gym memberships or similar)
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us

Yes, you certainly can, up to a maximum of 2 people. We can’t however provide someone to share your spot with.
Yes you can. We provide a rental service for chairs and tables for $15, tents are $60, but you’re absolutely welcome to bring your own.
